About the Position: Serves as a Program Integration Officer in a project/program office. The incumbent is responsible for integrating the activities of the Project Office and for interfacing with higher-level entities to achieve overall goals and objectives necessary to accomplish the goals of the organization.
This is a pay banded position. The NH-04 band encompasses grades 14 and 15 under the General Schedule (GS) system.
Duties
Serves as Program Integrator for International Cooperative Program Project Office functions. These functions include systems engineering, test and evaluation, logistics, and program management.
Integrate the development, integration, ground testing, flight testing, production, deployment, site activation, sustainment, and technical upgrades for a deployed forces, friends, and allies, missile system designed to protect the United States.
Integrates activities of the weapon system acquisition and sustainment process for the International Cooperative Programs Project Office.
Provides appropriate direction and guidance to assure those support requirements are satisfied by numerous cross-agency organizations responsible for providing technical, contractual, fiscal, and logistical services.
Directs the activities of subject matter experts across multiple fields and multiple agencies/commands on highly complex, multidisciplinary work.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
- This is an Army Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Workforce position. Selectee must meet position requirements for Program Manager certification within 60 months as of entrance on duty.
- This position requires you to submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report (OGE450) upon entry, and annually thereafter.
- This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 25% of the time.

Specialized Experience: One year experience equivalent to the NH-03/GS-13 grade level or equivalent pay band in the Federal service that includes: 1) Overseeing integration of multiple functional areas across multiple organizations; 2) Managing resources and schedules across projects/programs; and 3) Integrating and implementing strategic direction for vital programs with long-term impact.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-03/GS-13).
