About the Position: This position serves as a program analyst supporting the Army Food Innovation and Transformation for the U.S. Army Material Command. Army Materiel Command delivers precision sustainment and materiel readiness to an expeditionary global force.
Duties
Establish priorities of programs, assessments, allocates critical resources, identifies basic deficiencies, reviews and evaluates resources to support AFIT program requirements.
Develop policies, plans, schedules and priorities for OIB Modernization and Command requirements and visiting subordinate commands as necessary.
Serve as senior program resource management support for OIB Modernization
Conduct reviews and studies to identify major problems, serves on major committees, attends conferences, and recommends improvements that affect worldwide programs.
This position supports the resource planning, development and execution of the Army OIB Modernization Strategy.
Monitor special studies, analyzes briefings and reports to ensure all resource, program and policy issues connected with OIB Modernization are coordinated and implemented in support of the fielding and sustaining of the Army Food Program.
Requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance.
- This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 25% of the time.
- This is a Financial Management level 3 certification position.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).
