You will serve as the Command's representative to the Marine Corps Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance Enterprise (MCISRE) for coordinating the fulfillment of Marine Corps Intelligence Activity's (MCIA) products, services, communications, and travel. You will ensure MCIA equities and units are appropriately sponsored during the day-to-day execution of Enterprise Operations. This position is located within the Integrated Mission Management Branch at HQ US MARINE CORPS in Quantico, Virginia.
Duties
You will be responsible for the coordination of intelligence requirements including defining, validation, transition to production, dissemination, follow-up, and critique.
You will exercise superior judgment and initiative in pursuit of the Enterprise Execution Plan.
You will analyze and maintain Marine Corps Intelligence Activity’s (MCIA) continuity, synchronization and integration of the Marine Corps Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance Enterprise (MCISRE).
You will work closely with other divisions to facilitate timely task management, execution, and completion of requirements.
You will identify intelligence gaps, specify collection requirements to fill gaps, and develop analytical tools and methodologies to cope with the gaps.
You will collect, analyze, interpret, evaluate and integrate complex data from multiple sources in assessing the relevance and significance of developments in assigned areas, and in preparing new or revising prior intelligence products.
Requirements

- You must obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance and access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). Failure to do so may result in the withdrawal of an offer or removal. Indicate the level and date of your clearance in your resume.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or pass the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- You must acknowledge in writing that you are accepting an appointment in the DCIPS (excepted service) which does not confer competitive status, prior to appointment.
- Within the Department of Defense (DoD), the appointment of retired military members within 180 days immediately following retirement date to a civilian position is subject to the provisions of 5 United States Code 3326.
- Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered for Selective Service.
- All Defense Intelligence positions under the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS) are in the excepted service by specific statute, 10 U.S.C. 1601. This position is in the excepted service and does not confer competitive status.
- This position requires a periodic polygraph examination.
- This position may require a two-year DCIPS trial period requirement.
- This position is subject to shift work.
- Travel required for contingency/exercise support, briefings, conferences, and training.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Maintain the requirement management process and guidelines geared toward the effective and efficient receipt, validation, and assignment of intelligence requirements via various tasking systems;
Analyze and define the organization's future operations capacity for the commander to improve efficiency in the intelligence production process;
Liaise with personnel in other intelligence agencies and services to discuss production requirements and provide collaboration and engagement support.
