You will serve as a Senior Intelligence Officer of HQ US MARINE CORPS Incumbent reports to the MCIA Deputy and provides oversight to analytical elements across the command including the S2, S3 and CI. Located in Quantico, VA.
Duties
You will serve as the Marine Corps Intelligence Activity’s (MCIA) Senior Intelligence Officer (SIO.)
You will lead the production and evaluation of MCIA's input to the Program of Analysis, the establishment and implementation of new analytic programs, and shifts in analytic emphasis.
You will evaluate analytic efforts for compliance and Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) analytic tradecraft standards, applicable Intelligence Community and USI(I) Directives, and alignment with MCIA's mission
You will establish and maintain close working relationships with Intelligence Community, DoD, and Service counterparts to align efforts, identify opportunities for improved integration, and remain abreast of developments in analysis and production.
You will represent HQMC/MCIA at interagency intelligence meetings and conferences, including boards, panels, and committees involved in analytic issues of national importance.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Identifying opportunities and determining strategies for improving quality of analysis to mentor senior analyst; 2) Leading the production and evaluation of establishing and implementing new analytic programs; 3) Advising on analysis and production in order to meet mission objectives; and, 3) Utilizing intelligence tradecraft standards to meet mission objectives.
