As the Exploration Crew Health and Performance (CHP) Integration Lead, you will be responsible for planning, management, and integration of CHP capabilities with Moon to Mars (M2M) programs based on the needs identified in the evolving M2M CHP System Architecture. You will lead the tactical integration of the programmatic planning, including coordination, maturation, and infusion of the CHP capabilities into M2M programs to meet directorate and program objectives, requirements, and standards.
Duties
Directly supports Human Health and Performance Moon to Mars Chief Health and Performance Officers and the Human Research Program
Science Integration Office to ensure effective integration given constraints, definitions, and needs of the programs.
Coordinates stakeholders with the Human Health and Performance Exploration Integration Offices to align programmatic roadmaps, mitigate
gaps and meet programmatic needs for the Moon to Mars Crew Health and Performance System Architecture.
Connects stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts and ensures project development momentum supporting Moon to Mars Crew Health and
Performance System concept of operations. Enables integration of new/modified program capabilities.
Guides development of and reviews Integrated Decision Packages together with the appropriate program support personnel/Subject Matter
Experts/technical leads for the Moon to Mars Crew Health and Performance System capabilities.
Integrates and evaluates the plans for system capability development for efficiency and effectiveness coordinating with specialists across the
organization and with exploration program representatives.
Participates in Human Health and Performance and Human Research Program Boards/panels/forums as needed to ensure integration and
coordination of stakeholders on system capability content, implementation, and planning for Exploration Programs.

Qualifications
Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.
To qualify for GS-14, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level:
Performing work involving evaluation/oversight of technical requirements development, cost estimate development, reporting, and/or strategy development;
Organizing and presenting data for actionable program/project insights to senior leadership and stakeholders to drive business decisions;
Managing planning and program processes to coordinate activities such as, budget management, integration across multiple stakeholders, and resource requirements for program/project formulation.
