About the Position: Serves as a Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCOE) project officer for the annual Structure Manning Decision Review.
Duties
Validates civilian training requirements identified in response to the Total Army Centralized individual Training Solicitation (TACITS) survey.
Serves as assistant to quota manager for Army training requirements for DOD, World Wide Military Command and Control Systems (WWMCCS).
Validates civilian training requirements entered into ATRRS in response to annual TACITS survey.
Serves as Fort Moore's principal training quota manager for all courses at assigned TRADOC schools.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- One year probationary period maybe required.
- Secret clearance required.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes familiar with the training, programming, and class scheduling procedures, including systems like Quota Management Systems (QMS), Training Requirements Arbitration Process (TRAP), and the Army Training Requirements and Resources Systems (ATRRS) database; OR coordinates with personnel to ensure that classes are scheduled, and quotas allocations are in compliance within the training requirements; OR comprehensive understanding of the assigned school courses, including their purpose, scope, prerequisites, training paths, administrative requirements, and training locations. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-08).
