Duties
You will reporting and/or investigating security violations/possible compromises and electronic spillages.
You will assist with preparation of security training on a variety of subjects relative to proper protection of classified military information (CMI) and controlled unclassified information (CUI).
You will participate with drafting, editing and review of contracting actions to ensure appropriate security requirements are included.
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DA-02 (GS-5/9) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing assistance in investigating security violations and electronic spillages; 2) Applying basic principles of information, personnel, operations, and industrial security methods, principles, and practices to an organization; 3) Assisting senior specialists with information and technology protection; 4) Providing assistance with updating and interpreting classification guides; and 5) Coordinating security training on various subjects relative to proper protection of classified military information (CMI) and controlled unclassified information (CUI)
