You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST (ACQUISITION PROGRAM ANALYST(APA)) in the ACQUISITION GROUP (F300000), WEST REGION DEPARTMENT (F330000) of COMFLTREADCEN.

Duties

You will serve as an expert analyst in acquisition, contracts planning and execution, project control, management reporting and customer support. You will lead a collaborative team in the development of the Integrated Master Schedule(IMS) baseline and actuals in requisite toolsets. You will research, collect, and review written technical manuals, publications, instructions, and regulations in reference to customer weapons systems acquisition requirements. You will perform Contracting Officer Representative (COR) with responsibilities for managing the planning, directing, controlling, and administering of assigned program elements/resources in connection with contracted services. You will guide program management teams with approval and acceptance of contract deliverables. You will provide financial tracking and reporting services. You will plan for and coordinate pre and post award conferences.

• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
• You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing some or all of the following duties:1) Executing pre and post contract award activities using multiple award contract vehicles in order to acquire Contractor Support services in a timely matter; 2) Managing the planning, directing, controlling, and administering of assigned program elements/resources in connection with contracts; 3) Providing leadership in the analysis of acquisition, contract planning and execution, project control, management reporting, and customer support; 4) Performing source selection roles such as Evaluator and Tasks Order Review Panel Chair; and 5) Establishing a work schedule that provides for timely acquisition of services for sustainment projects.
