You will serve as a SUPERVISOR in the CYBER / SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY Department of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA.

Duties

You will supervise a complex team of scientists and engineers on various branch projects and will conduct supervisory activities at the first level. You will function as a management analyst on technical projects, with guidance from the division head. You will be responsible for planning, executing, managing, monitoring and overseeing research, development, test, and evaluation of systems or system components. You will analyze and evaluate methods and techniques for assessing project development or execution and improving effectiveness and efficiency. You will evaluate financial and technical reports by analyzing facts and performing appropriate research and prepare detailed responses.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: leading a team and providing technical guidance to others and coordinating technology opportunities and personnel assignments. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
