You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Nuclear Engineering and Planning Department (Code 2300) of PSNS and IMF.
Duties
You will be the acting Workload/Workforce Analyst for Code 2300.
You will review shipyard Workload and Resource Reports (WARR'S) to identify potential problems and ensure correct manning.
You will negotiate with shipyard shops and project managers to maintain proper manning and meet scheduling and cost requirements.
You will work closely and cooperatively with all levels of management in the shipyard.
You will conduct special studies or reviews and report findings to the Division Head.
You will prepare reports to document organizational structure, manning, and status updates of all open work packages and projects.
Requirements

- You will be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes continuously for the duration of the work shift.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing current and past workload and resource data to identify problems, prepare reports of findings, and recommend solutions for resource allocation or operational procedures to meet project manning requirements.
