You will serve as a Administrative/Technical Specialist in the Spectrum Warfare Systems Dept (WX), Platform Protection & Countermeasures Technologies Division (WXR), Division Operations Branch (WXRL) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER.
This is not a high-grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-13, Step 10 (currently $134,435).
Duties
You will serve as the Division and Special Program Security Lead, a Government SAP Security Officer (GSSO) for several Special Access Programs (SAPs) across the Platform Protection and Countermeasure Technologies Division.
You will provide security oversight for the WXR Division at NSWC Crane, and oversight of any related Special Access Program Facility (SAPF) associated.
You will provide guidance to the Division regarding security procedures/policies; including, not limited to: IS/IT regulations and requirements, Risk Management Frameworks (RMF), Authorities to Operate (ATOs), and reporting requirements IS systems.
You will serve as Liaison between Crane and the Program Office, the Program Security Officer (PSO), and the Government Security Manager (GSM).
As the alternate NATO Control Officer, you will be responsible for the Command's NATO Program to include Audits and inspections from NAVSEA and the Central US Registry (CUSR) (reportable to Command, NAVSEA and CUSR).
You will maintain a master list/database of personnel briefed/de-briefed, briefing certificates, NATO Attestations for personnel traveling OCONUS to participate in NATO related to requirements, and knowledge of relevant NATO documents.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 pay band (GS-11/12 grade level equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Administering or coordinating security programs to ensure Special Access Program (SAP) information is properly accounted for, controlled, transmitted, transported, packaged, and safeguarded.
