You will serve as a SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MIL) in the Manpower Management Division, Manpower and Reserves Affairs Department (M&RA) of HQ US MARINE CORPS.
Duties
You will manage and supervise the processing of active duty and active reserve officer and enlisted separations, retirements, and promotion and continuation eligibility.
You will provide all Marine Corps organizations, administrative centers, senior officer and enlisted leaders with guidance, technical expertise and authoritative direction on the separation or retirement
You will be responsible for setting objectives, prioritizing, organizing, and directing section work.
You will research, analyze and evaluate system information error rates affecting all aspects of separation and retirement processing and directs corrective action as necessary.
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: knowledge and expertise in the development, modification and implementation of procedures, technical systems, policy, regulations and laws affecting active duty enlisted and officer separations, retirements, promotion and continuation eligibility.
