You will serve as a Supply Systems Analyst in the Operations Research and System Support Department of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.

Duties
You will create and maintain Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Electronic Retrograde Material System (eRMS), Navy Data Platform (NDP) and other IT system accounts for government, contractor and vendor users.
You will perform role mapping activities/analysis and assigning the required training to activate roles.
You will review System Authorization Access Request (SAAR) forms and submit completed forms in the workflow for approval.
You will work collaboratively with teams of functional experts to resolve end user/ customer issues and problems.
You will communicate information up and down the leadership chain in support of assigned tasks, recommendations and milestones.
Requirements

Qualifications
GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Creating and maintaining Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), eRMS and other IT system accounts for government, contractor and vendor end users; 2) Performing role mapping activities/analysis and assigning the required training to activate roles; 3) Reviewing System Authorization Access Request (SAAR) forms and submitting completed forms in the workflow for approval; 4) Scheduling and tracking of all Navy ERP and other IT training as well as assisting in design, development and printing of training curriculum, courseware, knowledge transfer events (KTE), learning aids and materials; 5) Working collaboratively with teams of functional experts to resolve end user/ customer issues and problems; 6) Analyzing and summarizing significant user management and business trends and communicating information to upper management.
GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Creating and maintaining Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), eRMS and other IT system accounts for government, contractor and vendor end users; 2) Reviewing System Authorization Access Request (SAAR) forms and submitting completed forms in the workflow for approval; 3) Working collaboratively with teams of functional experts to resolve end user/ customer issues and problems; 4) Analyzing and summarizing significant user management and business trends and communicating information to upper management.
