You will serve as a MANGEMENT ANALYST in the ADMINISTRATION & RESOURCE MANAGEMENT DIVISION of HQ US MARINE CORPS.

Duties

You will provide information and advice to employees, supervisors and mangers regarding civilian workforce development programs. You will stay current on Office of Personnel Management, Department of Defense, Department of Navy and Marine Corps workforce development policies and procedures. You will devise workforce strategies. You will design, implement and administer programs for leadership development. You will ensure program effectiveness through monitoring, evaluating and analyzing courses. You will assist and provide support to the organizational development functional area.

Requirements

• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: experience in civilian workforce development programs and strategies; analyze data, prepare reports and develop recommendations for improving civilian workforce. GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: assisting in civilian workforce development programs and strategies; analyze data, prepare reports and develop recommendations for improving civilian workforce. Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
