Duties
You will lead and manage business execution duties for budgets, contracts, training, risks, schedules, taskers and assigned programs/systems.
You will manage and coordinate with multiple project offices and managers to ensure alignment with logistics IT portfolio.
You will manage, develop, and implement portfolio-wide internal controls, processes and procedures in support of LOG IT portfolio mission objectives.
You will analyze and evaluate the contracts management practices, methods and administrative operations of program's contracts.
You will execute overarching policies and regulations related to financial (budget) business, administration and acquisition management.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
- Must be certified in the Program Management (A) Career Field (Practitioner) within 60-months after assignment date.
- Obtain and maintain 80-hours of Continuous Learning Points every two-year continuous learning period.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13/DP-3 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Lead and manage business execution activities for budgets, contracts, training, risks, schedules, taskers and assigned programs/systems.
