This position is part of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency. The incumbent will be responsible for managing and coordinating Building Partner Capacity (BPC) assigned programs and associated policy, delivery and financial management of National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA)-17, Chapter 16 authorities.
Duties
As a Program Analyst at the GS-0343-13 some of your typical work assignments may include:
Directly supports the Global Capability Development Division, while serving as the policy-execution link for Global Train and Equip (GT&E) programs throughout its life cycle.
Acts as the Subject Matter Expert liaison within the inter- and intra- agency during the planning and execution process, ensuring that plans are matched to resources.
Researches, plans, develops, coordinates and monitors the execution of logistics functions, specifically functional areas of logistics, supply, maintenance, transportation and delivery means required items.
Plans and executes mobility and distribution movements of personnel, supplies, and equipment via all modes of transportation using automated information systems for operations assigned to Security Cooperation programs.

Qualifications
You may qualify at the GS 13 grade level, if you fulfill the following qualifications:
A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS 12 grade level in the Federal service:
Assisting in developing, implementing and executing Security Cooperation policies, processes, and procedures; providing integrated solutions on Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and international capacity building
Administering programs regarding military training and exercises
Reviewing financial statements on government funded programs
Tracking foreign funded cases on global train and equip activities.

Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Education
Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
