You will serve as a Supervisory Technician in the Sustainment Engineering Branch, Maritime Electronic Warfare Systems Division, Spectrum Warfare Systems Dept. of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER.
The NT-05 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-13 and GS-14.
The salary range shown above represents all of the positions within the band, including high grade positions. This is not a high grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-13 Step 10 (currently $134,435).
Duties
You will provide input to Branch Manager in regards to resourcing and performance of employees.
You will work with employees on development plans and training opportunities to maximize workforce.
You will work closely with Branch Manager on strategic initiatives to meet changing workload and demand.
You will work with Division Management to provide inputs to Data Calls.
You will be responsible for providing equal employment opportunities and for effecting and implementing EEO policy within your area of cognizance and responsibility.
You will maintain 6S workspaces and follow all safety regulations to maintain a safe and effective work environment.
You will provide guidance on strategic decisions on capabilities to pursue next with regards to Organic standup.
You will interact closely with Engineering branches to ensure proper resources are provided (TDP, Tools, Processes).
You will manage V6 Production Integration Testing and maintain throughput of systems through labs.
You will provide input and facilitate processes to maintain cost, schedule, and performance in order to meet Fleet and Program Office needs.
You will oversee Central Receiving and Dock Operations within 3330S (and applicable auxiliary buildings).
You will manage DRMO operations and maintaining a steady flow of material in and out of the building.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing technical leadership and guidance on depot operations and development to ensure the reliability and functionality required throughout the program lifecycle.
