You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Program Support Division of the Citizenship Development Directorate of NSTC GREAT LAKES.

Duties

You will extract data from databases to support conclusions or recommendations. You will compile research and statistical findings for use in decision making. You will justify recommendations in reports to managers. You will interpret and analyze statistical reports using multiple systems. You will develop strategic plans based on information from performing quantitative or qualitative analyses. You will prepare correspondence on process improvements to managers and staff.

• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-9 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
I have successfully completed a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree OR
I have successfully completed three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree OR
