About the Position: This position is with the Department of Health Agency, Puget Sound Market, Madigan Army Medical Center, Department of Resource Management, Logistics, Facility Management located at Tacoma, Washington.
Duties
Maintain hand receipts for medical and nonmedical equipment located in the hospital, outlying clinics, and services, and outlying veterinary clinics.
Maintain automated Property Records for government and non-government property hand receipt holders.
Enter all transactions into Defense Medical Logistics Supply Systems (DMLSS).
Process appropriate paperwork for adding and deleting items from the property book as accountability changes.
Maintain document registers and master card files on all non-standard numbers assigned and compiles information daily as feeder data for monthly report.
Post stock record accounts, property disposal losses, lateral transfer gains and losses and inventory adjustments.

Specialized Experience:One year equivalent to the GS-05 grade level in the Federal service which includes reviewing requirements for the purchase of medical equipment; operating electronic supply systems to order and monitor the status of medical supplies; maintaining hand receipts for government and non-government property.

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-05).
