About the Position: This position is with the Department of Health Agency, Puget Sound Market, Madigan Army Medical Center, Department of Resource Management, Logistics, Facility Management located at Tacoma, Washington.

Duties

Maintain hand receipts for medical and nonmedical equipment located in the hospital, outlying clinics, and services, and outlying veterinary clinics. Maintain automated Property Records for government and non-government property hand receipt holders. Enter all transactions into Defense Medical Logistics Supply Systems (DMLSS). Process appropriate paperwork for adding and deleting items from the property book as accountability changes. Maintain document registers and master card files on all non-standard numbers assigned and compiles information daily as feeder data for monthly report. Post stock record accounts, property disposal losses, lateral transfer gains and losses and inventory adjustments,

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Appointment to this position is subject to a one year probationary period unless the appointee has previously met the requirements as described in 5 CFR Part 315.
