About the Position: This position is located in the Madigan Army Medical Center Logistics Division, Tacoma, Washington.

Duties

Serve as an ordering officer for IMPAC credit card purchases. Utilizes a computer in order to input, extract, and maintain supply transactions and records. Maintain accurate filing system for pending and completed requisitions. Serve as an ordering officer for Government Purchase Card purchases. Utilize a computer in order to input, extract, and maintain supply transactions and records. Prepare recurring and special reports and compiles statistics from data requiring some reformulation and revised formats.

Requirements

  • Immunization screening may be required.
  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • You will be required to successfully complete a pre-appointment physical examination.
  • This position has a requirement to lift up to 30lbs. in the regular performance of duties.

OR Education: Four years of education above the high school level obtained in an accredited business, secretarial or technical school, junior college, college or university. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide your semester hours of education beyond two years (total semester hours minus 60) by 60. Add the two percentages.
