You will serve as a Supply Systems Analyst in the Material Management Support Division within the Integrated Logistics Support Department of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.
Duties
You will provide efficient and responsive customer support, validate and provide status of sales orders; perform data entry, inventory adjustments and file maintenance.
You will prepare course material and deliver customer order operations training at the classroom and individual levels.
You will research, evaluate and provide support/analysis to correct problems and analyze patterns in NERP/customer order operations requirements.
You will serve as an expert in Military Standard Requisitioning and Issue Procedures (MILSTRIP) and Military Standard Transaction Reporting and Accounting Procedures (MISTRAP).
You will serve at the discretion of NAVSUP leadership and provide feedback and recommendations to management as appropriate on all matters related to the
responsibilities associated with the position.

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
Qualifications
You resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector with knowledge of Naval Supply Systems Command Supply Procedures and Military Standard Transaction Reporting and Accounting Procedures (MILSTRAP). Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Performing requisition processing/ sales order fulfillment in an Enterprise Resource Planning system independently; 2) Ensuring Navy logistics and supply management processes, policies, and regulations are followed; 3) Processing, managing, and fulfilling orders using performance metrics for various defense systems such as Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP); 4) Performing customer relations operations training and resolving inventory discrepancies.
