Duties

You will collaborate with senior leadership and managers to implement workforce solutions that provide positive impacts to the end users. You will develop and evaluate state-of-the-art products, perform studies, and develop future plans for application of information technology automated solutions to end-users. You will develop and manage application software and technical documentation for automated solutions delivered via Microsoft Share Point. You will develop lifecycle planning for IT systems, identifying overall system requirements, organization needs, and system impacts. You will troubleshoot and resolve complex system conflicts supporting IT Systems. You will utilize MS SharePoint in conjunction with MS Office products, to include MS Power Applications, to track development and management of SharePoint structure

Qualifications

Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations. Your resume must demonstrate qualifying experience demonstrating the following: 1. Support regional and installation users, assist with collecting requirements to support the planning and development of automated solutions; 2. Assist higher-graded System Administrator of the Naval District Washington SharePoint Online and Regional Gateway (G2) Intranet with development of application software and technical documentation necessary to use and maintain the products developed; and 3. Collaborate with other regional and installation N62 knowledge managers to develop skill and knowledge within the SharePoint and G2 environments. Through collaboration with the NDW SharePoint Online System Administrator assist in the development of policy and standards that supporting knowledge management solutions; 2. Develop detailed training plans for SPO Customers that can be used to enhance the Commands capabilities in using SharePoint; 3. Troubleshoot and resolve basic system conflicts with supported IT Systems; and 4. Collect program requirements to develop automated solution for the support programs within NDW and supported Installations with assistance from the lead SharePoint Administrator. GS-07

1 full year of graduate level education
-OR-
Superior Academic Achievement (S.A.A.) in undergraduate degree.
S.A.A. is based on (1) class standing, (2) grade-point average, or (3) honor society membership.
1. Class standing -- Applicants must be in the upper third of the graduating class in the college, university, or major subdivision, such as the College of Liberal Arts or the School of Business Administration, based on completed courses.

2. Grade-point average (G.P.A.) -- Applicants must have a grade-point average of:
3.0 or higher out of a possible 4.0 ("B" or better) as recorded on their official transcript, or as computed based on 4 years of education, or as computed based on courses completed during the final 2 years of the curriculum; or
3.5 or higher out of a possible 4.0 ("B+" or better) based on the average of the required courses completed in the major field or the required courses in the major field completed during the final 2 years of the curriculum.
Grade-point averages are to be rounded to one decimal place. For example, 2.95 will round to 3.0 and 2.94 will round to 2.9.

3. Election to membership in a national scholastic honor society -- Applicants can be considered eligible based on membership in one of the national scholastic honor societies recognized by the Association of College Honor Societies. Agencies considering eligibility based on any society not included in the following list must ensure that the honor society meets the minimum requirements of the Association of College Honor Societies. Membership in a freshman honor society cannot be used to meet the requirements of this provision.
