About the Position: This position is with the 377 Theater Sustainment Command, 310 Mission Support Element, located in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Duties
Provide technical guidance on employees’ performance to subordinates.
Conducts minor disciplinary action for staff.
Develop guidance within command for the use of budget preparation and operations.
Execute payroll programs to collect information needed to process pay actions.
Interpret budgetary policies and procedures.
Prepare budgetary estimates utilizing budget automated programs.
Analyze financial and resource management programs to identify potential problems.
Utilize automated systems to input payroll information.
Develop policy material and provide briefings to higher headquarters.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position requires DoD Financial Management Certification Program level 2.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
