You will serve as a SUPPLY TECHNICIAN in the QUALITY/INVENTORY CONTROL BRANCH (TRF-514), CONTROL DIVISION STAFF (TRF-510), SUPPLY DEPARTMENT (TRF-500) of TRIREFFAC KINGS BAY.
Duties
You will plan, perform, and complete warehouse functions for material location audits consisting of verification of materials and their recorded locations.
You will determine discrepancies between the N-ERP Master Stock Fle and the physical location of materials.
You will perform and verify all location Audit request/inventories generated by the warehouse branch.
You will schedule and perform scheduled, unscheduled, and SPOT inventories of supply materials.
You will count items for accuracy against recorded data and records exact quantity of items on N-ERP Inventory Generated listings.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to successfully complete a pre-appointment physical examination.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current Information Technology (IT) Level II
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience utilizing Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) on a daily basis for causative research, stock checks, stock locations, and entering inventory counts.
Experience ensuring the accuracy of warehouse locations and records, initiates action to correct discrepancies and minimizes the loss of valuable government property.
Experience planning, performing and completing warehouse functions for material location audits consisting of verification of materials and their recorded locations.
Experience coordinating and conducting physical inventories, location surveys, location audit research and quality control checks of stock material.
Experience performing causative research and analysis associated with material inventory and inventory reconciliation.
Experience annotating count sheets accordingly and forwards to the Storage Branch for correction of duplicate locations and performs spot inventory to reconcile the discrepancy.
