You will serve as a Financial Management Analyst in the Financial Management Community of NAVAL AIR SYSTEM COMMAND HQ-OSF.
Duties
You will have knowledge about dissemination of the PMA Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Administrative Budget.
You will review financial documents for accuracy, Completeness of accounting data, and availability of funds.
You will ensure up to date financial files are maintained for all cases.
You will coordinate with Security Cooperation Program Office (SCPO) and Navy International Programs Office on DSAMS and financial policy issues.
You will Research/dissemination of international/FMS policy guidance to assigned team.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Developing and disseminating of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Administrative budget; 2) Reviewing financial documents for accuracy, completeness of accounting data, and availability of funds; 3) Preparing for Financial Management and Case Reconciliation Reviews; and 4) Coordinating with personnel, leadership and other offices to ensure effective program financial management.
