You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the FACILITIES DIRECTORATE of MARCORPS NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION.
Duties
You will conduct tactical and long-range planning, resource determination, scheduling, project management, and evaluation and coordination of programs.
You will support the Facilities Community of Interest with workforce development, business system career roadmap requirements, contracting, individual development plan templates, workforce analysis, and training metrics.
You will resolve audit/inspection activities for information technology organizations involving a significant degree of complexity among system owners, information technology portfolio managers, and the system support team.
You will make written and oral recommendations to resolve audit findings.
You will plan and develop quality programs, procedures, and methodologies to improve the effectiveness of work methods and management controls for a major USMC component.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience in cybersecurity controls and policies; real property installation lifecycle management (RPILM) core business mission; process improvement and analysis techniques.
