You will serve as a Logistics Management Specialist in the HX-21 RESOURCES & OPS BR of NAVTESTWINGLANT NWCF.
Duties
You will manage aircraft maintenance support contracts, determining budgetary requirements, monitoring performance and updating the contract.
You will determine resources (aircraft, pilots, aircrewmen, facilities and manpower) and allocation of resources necessary to support sponsor test requirements.
You will prepare and submit aircraft operating and maintenance budget for the assigned and planned
aircraft.
You will coordinate with sponsors, Class Desks, Program Managers, and Lead Test Engineers regarding
planned maintenance, configuration changes, program scheduling, milestones, and priorities.
You will develop aircraft maintenance, modification, and utilization schedules that meet programmatic
requirements for test and evaluation
You will develop long-range aircraft inventory and related support personnel planning requirements.

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Must be a master of logistics concepts; 2) High level day to day experience in organization, intermediate, and depot level maintenance, quality assurance, and contract management; 3) Comprehensive knowledge of the Presidential Helicopter Programs mission, goals, milestones, fiscal restraints, and resource limitations; 4) Comprehensive knowledge of the Presidential aircraft, required missions, current or future onboard systems and how those systems interact with the mission; 5) Comprehensive knowledge of the relationships between the Presidential Helicopter developmental test squadron, operational squadron, supporting supply system, and Fleet Support Team; 6) Broad knowledge of Contractor Logistics Support and contractor maintenance.
