About the Position: This position is located with the Army Sustainment Command, SPO APS Readiness Division, Rock Island Arsenal, IL.
This is a term not to exceed 13 months appointment.

Duties
Analyze statistics to determine trends in government and contractor-performed operations.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve readiness issues.
Develop primary contract documents including: Performance Work Statement (PWS), Procurement Package Information (PPI), and Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE).
Determine funding priorities to develop justification for contracts.
Participates in policy and procedure development to make recommendations in order to support the mission.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain a Tier 3 Secret Security Clearance.
- Temporary duty travel of 10% may be required.
