You will serve as an Aircraft Examiner (Progressman) in the MRO Production Vertical Lift Program Test Line, Production Lines Division of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST.
Duties
You will be the focal point of all final aircraft system checkouts and inspections including proper work sequence and safety precautions.
You will examine, evaluate, analyze and repair aircraft integrated systems, structures, surfaces, accessories, brakes, arresting gear, wheels, tires, landing gear and associated systems on CH-53 aircraft.
You will responsible for the inspecting, testing, diagnoses, troubleshooting and repair of assigned aircraft performed individually or by other shop personnel.
You will schedule, assign, and expedite work.
You will assure aircraft maintenance work requirements in the assigned aircraft examiner shop are progressing as expeditiously as possible
You will follow up on work projects, observing delays or anticipated delays, determining causes,
and taking or recommending corrective action.
