You will serve as a Human Resources Specialist in the Human Capital Management Department (V141000) of NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND.
This position is telework/remote work eligible, but it could be subject to change based on mission's requirements. Therefore, incumbent's duty station may change accordingly.
Duties
You will develop and evaluate an agency acquisition development program, to include summer internship, to ensure appropriate alignment across an agency enterprise.
You will develop methods to analyze and execute overall program requirements and objectives.
You will provide guidance to customers to ensure clear understanding and interpretation of laws and regulations tied to policies and processes.
You will work with customers to develop multiple recruitment strategies to attract and hire diverse quality candidates and foster relationships with internal and external customers to build recruiting pipelines.
You will analyze and report metrics to assess the success of an acquisition development program and participate in special studies/projects with senior leadership in areas of strategic recruitment planning, program evaluation, and program outreach.
You will assist with the oversight and execution of budget while analyzing charges to produce monthly reports to ensure timely payments are recorded and unauthorized commitments do not occur.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-05/11) grade level or pay band (NH-02) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
(1) Working experience developing and evaluating an agency acquisition development program, to include summer internships, to ensure appropriate alignment across an agency enterprise; (2) Developing methods to analyze and execute overall program requirements and objectives; (3) Providing guidance to customers to ensure clear understanding and interpretation of laws and regulations tied to policies and processes; (4) Working with customers to develop multiple recruitment strategies to attract and hire diverse quality candidates and fostering relationships with internal and external customers to build recruiting pipelines; (5) Analyzing and reporting metrics to assess the success of an acquisition development program and participating in special studies/ projects with senior leadership in areas of strategic recruitment planning, program evaluation, and program outreach; and (6) Understanding of budget execution as related to agency credit card policy and processes.
