Duties
You will develop and coordinate the development of administrative policies, methods, and Standard Operating procedures (SOP).
You will ensure that adequate administrative support services such as obtaining office supplies, furniture and equipment, stenographic and typing services, etc. are provided.
You will monitor submittal of performance evaluations and reviews submissions of achievement and honorary awards.
You will fiscal duties include inputting employee training/travel information in SABRS system and Defense Travel System which includes the reservation, obligation and expensing of funds in both travel, materials and services categories.
You will produce complex documents where the software used may be combined, integrated or imported from another software program.
You will be responsible for distribution of incoming/outgoing mail and messages, maintaining supplies, correspondence logs and suspense files documents and the purging of the file system on an annual basis.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing adequate administrative support services AND developing administrative policies, methods and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
GS-05:
1 year equivalent to at least GS-4
or
4 years above high school (except Reporting Stenographer)
