Duties

Under the direct supervision of the Production Manager (NF-04), Marketing Branch, the incumbent designs, posts, and administers job vacancy announcements through social media platforms. Responsibilities included tracking of data analytics and answering inquiries regarding the automated application process. In partnership with the Human Resources Branch, the incumbent will provide additional support to the Recruiting Team to ensure key vacant jobs are identified and posted timely, follows up with the recruiters on applicant status, and understands the entire recruiting process in order to provide support to the applicant.

Qualifications

Six months current experience operating on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram). Six months experience in human resources, with special emphasis on recruiting and staffing is highly preferred. Strong writing and communication skills are required. This is a white-collar position where occasional lifting up to 20 lbs may be required.
