Duties
Participate in the formulation of plans and policies, which contribute to the efficient utilization of manpower resources.
Conduct studies or projects in conjunction with investigation and solution development of special and/or critical manpower problems.
Monitor military grade positions to conform to the standard of grade authorization established by HQDA, Army/G1 (Smart book).
Develop maintains, recommends and justifies changes to the current operating manning document.

- Must obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
- TDY may be required 10% of the time.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes experience in conducting manpower analysis reviews for evaluating and documenting civilian and military manpower. Experience in developing and managing all Tables of Distribution and Allowances (TDAs). Experience in briefing and advising leadership and staff in applying established policies, guidance, and regulations and advising the command on effective use of available manpower authorizations. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
