About the Position: The employee will serve as an Administrative Support Assistant (Office Automation) to the S-3 at the US Army Training and Doctrine Command US Army Medical Center of Excellence. The incumbent performs a variety of non-routine administrative assignments, utilizing automated systems, which support the function of supervisors and the office.

Duties

Manage and maintain all administrative requirements to specific S-3 operations programs. Serve as the primary staff contact and liaison in support of the Center Brigade S-3 Office. Perform a variety of clerical assistance functions in support of the office. Manages the administrative requirements for the S-3. Receive/screen visitors, telephone calls, and correspondence. Draft various presentations, briefings, and briefing packets for the supervisor, Brigade Commander, and Commanding General.

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
