You will serve as a FOREIGN MILITARY ASSISTANCE SPECIALIST/COUNTRY PROGRAM MANAGER (CPM) of NET SEC ASTFLD ACT.
Duties
You will provide expertise in the management of Security Cooperation and Education Training Program (SCETP) for International Military Education and Training (IMET), Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Foreign Military Financing (FMF) and other programs.
You will collaborate with potential international customers, security assistance foreign representatives (SAFR), contractors, and other program managers on foreign military sales (FMS) case execution, reconciliation, and case closure
You will plan foreign military sales (FMS) tasks (e.g., program management reviews, case reconciliation reviews, financial management reviews) to
facilitate meeting mission goals
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing education and training programs for foreign countries; 2) Communicating to countries in a manner that ensures efficient administration of training programs; 3) Experience communicating directly with echelon II commands; 4) Maintaining country training programs in the Defense Security Assistance Management System or similar systems; 5) Review program compliance with the intent of policies, procedures and regulations.
