You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST for the NAVAL CONSTRUCTION TRAINING CTR.

Duties

You will operate software systems (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, Project, SharePoint) to prepare reports. You will discuss recommendations for more efficient or economical utilization of resources with managers. You will identify and resolve problems in worker-flow, work methods, and procedures to improve organization effectiveness. You will develop written material documenting results of analyses.

Requirements

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1)Utilizing office automation systems and programs such as: Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Pro, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome; 2) Applying basic understanding of the Military Justice System to include the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), Investigation Process, Inquires, Non-Judicial Punishment, Disciplinary Review Boards; 3) Providing administrative advice and support in the areas of military, civilian and contractor support personnel actions, correspondence, directives, supplies/ property accountability office automation, training records management, reports, awards, and logistical requirements. Education

In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:

master's or equivalent graduate degree

or

2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree

or

LL.B. or J.D., if related
