You will serve as a REGIONAL DEPLOYABILITY COORDINATOR in the FLT PERSONNEL DEVELOPMENT & ALLOCATION SECOND SUBDIVISION of COMMANDER US FLEET FORCES COMMAND.
Duties
You will serve as the Regional Deployability Coordinator (RDC) coordinating with Program Managers providing manning data, analysis, advice, technical support, and response to official taskers.
You will serve as the Program Manager for Limited Duty (LIMDU) and Disability Evaluation System (DES).
You will be responsible for the management and assignment of non-deployable Sailors to include those in a pregnancy and parenthood status.
You will organize, man, train, and equip naval forces for assignment to Unified Command Combatant commanders; to deter, detect, and defend against homeland maritime threats.
You will articulate Fleet warfighting and readiness requirements to the Chief of Naval Operations.
You will provide policy and manning support, oversight, and management of LIMDU personnel to mitigate the friction in the distribution process for LIMDU personnel.
You will be responsible for personnel planning, oversight, and management of LIMDU/DES personnel to ensure that these Sailors are fully integrated into assigned organizations.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience applying knowledge in the fields of military manning and military personnel assignments to mitigate the friction and adequate tracking of LIMDU/DES/Transient personnel.
Experience applying expert knowledge of force management functions and techniques to justify manning requirements, allocations of positions and documentation to support changes and authorization.
Experience applying extensive knowledge of the various programs including command's Activity Manpower Document (AMD), My Navy Assignment System (MNA), LIMDU Smart, Medical Reporting and Readiness System (MRRS), Message Traffic systems along with associated governing policies and regulations to determine manpower and manning.
Experience applying Comprehensive knowledge of Navy and Fleet Readiness frameworks, governance processes, and interrelationships to meet our peacetime and wartime mission demands.
