You will serve as a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the STRIKE WEAPONS & UAV DIVISION, LOGISTICS INTEGRATION DEPARTMENT of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE. This position/billet is located in Patuxent River Maryland, with Program Office PMA-242.
Duties
You will be responsible for coordinating and managing the product support strategies and ensuring each Integrated Product Support (IPS) element is integrated and maintained.
You will analyze and review Procurement Initiation Documents and technical evaluations.
You will be responsible for maintaining all statutory and regulatory acquisition requirements documentation and will provide supportability across the acquisition life cycle.
You will provide Integrated Product Team leadership, technical guidance and program communication across a diverse multi-functional and decentralized product support team

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (DS-04) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Demonstrating experience supporting a Weapons System employed across multiple launch platforms (i.e. Air, Surface, Subsurface, Rail or Tracked Vehicles); 2) Demonstrating experience with logistical management/sustainment with multiple Service Stakeholders; 3) Demonstrating experience with Government-owned Technical Data rights and build to print Contract production; and 4) Developing and coordinating sustainment contracting and performance requirements, and documentation enabling cost effective product support outcomes.
