The selectee of this position serves as a Supervisory Management & Program Analyst. You will be responsible for serving as the manager of Headquarters Administration and provides leadership, advice and guidance to the Deputy Assistant Director and Assistant Director regarding matters related to administration, human resources and financial management.
Duties
As a Supervisory Management & Program Analyst at the GS-0343-15 level, some of your typical work assignments may include:
Oversee the development of policy and performance standards.
Supervise subordinate staff members.
Oversees overall development and management of a budget and monitoring resources throughout a division.
Ensure plans, manpower and contractual procedures are established and put into effect so a Division can maintain accountability and compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.

Qualifications
GS-15 TIME IN GRADE REQUIREMENTS: Merit promotion applicants must meet applicable time-in-grade requirements to be considered eligible. One year at the GS-14 grade level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-15 grade level. (Must submit your SF-50 that shows Time-in-Grade eligibility and reflects your title, series, and grade. No award SF-50 will be accepted).
You may qualify at the GS-0343-15 level, if you fulfill one of the following qualifications: 1) Analyzing the effectiveness of programs or operations in order to serve as an advisory to management; 2) Applying analytical and problem-solving techniques to identify trends, issues, and develop solutions for an organization's programs; 3) Oversee the formulation, presentation, and execution of an organization's budget; and 4) Directing and overseeing a variety of administrative activities, establishing, priorities, and evaluating work performance of subordinates.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
