You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the COMMANDER, JOINT REGION MARIANAS division of COMMANDER NAVY REGION MARIANAS.
Duties
You will directly support the Executive Director, Joint Region Marianas, by overseeing travel arrangements, and by providing background information and preparing comments and speeches for scheduled meetings and events.
You will administer, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate regional and installation command functions.
You will conduct research, gather data, and transform management practices to align installation and region practices with higher authority.
You will liaise with the Comptroller and Business Office to obtain necessary information to conduct analyses and studies of budget and financial issues.
You will collaborate with regional program directors and installation leadership to integrate regional input and make recommendations to Commander, Joint Region Marianas.
You will record, track, and disseminate Flag/ED level taskings and projects.

- This position may require travel to places within and outside the contiguous United States which could include remote or isolated sites. You may be required to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- If eligible for permanent change of station, the appointee will be required to sign a transportation agreement to establish a Government time in service requirement of 12 months.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Passport.
- May be required to obtain a VISA dependent on the overseas country's laws/regulations.
- You will be required to sign the Statement of Understanding for Overseas Employment acknowledging receipt and understanding of the statement of living and working conditions for this location.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector in the following areas: (1) analyzing problems, (2) conducting research; (3) interpreting and applying rules, regulations and procedures; and (4) providing recommendations for solutions.
