You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the Capital Improvements Business Line of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND MARIANAS.

Duties

You will perform in-depth analysis and provide objectively based information as required to execute all business line operations, make recommendations on resource management, workload execution, workforce shaping, and metrics reporting. You will perform research tasks to obtain a variety of cost, schedule and performance project execution data; analyze data to derive relationships involving system parameters, schedule and cost variations. You will execute supervisory duties and responsibilities such as: planning the work of subordinates, setting and adjusting short-term priorities, preparing schedules; assigning work, developing performance standards; evaluating work performance etc. You will provide consultation on information systems and reporting systems to leadership, management and program analysts, project teams and all field component commands. You will prepare requirements for hardware, and software, peripheral equipment, supplies and training. You will develop, manage, and monitor the generation of staffing requirements and reporting of Post Award Design Services (PADS) and Post Construction Award Services (PCAS), Design Management Cost Recovery Program (DMCRP), projections and reporting. You will monitor and report the need to transfer resourcing between field components, business lines, and other functional areas required to execute Capital Improvements products and services.

  • If eligible for permanent change of station, the appointee will be required to sign a transportation agreement to establish a Government time in service requirement of 12 months.

  • You will be required to possess and maintain a current valid United States driver’s license.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: designing and conducting comprehensive management studies and preparing business solutions; leading a team; budget execution, and military construction funding.
