You will serve as a Program Analyst in the War Fighter & Family Readiness of COMMANDER NAVY REGION MARIANAS.

Duties

You will establish methodology to conduct analytic assessments. You will analyze integrated system engineering program cost and performance data to identify cost savings and cost avoidance. You will formulate long range accession plans throughout the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and planning processes to ensure resources are available. You will track and perform follow-up requirements for investigations, reviews, audits, and inspections.

• This position may require travel to places within and outside the contiguous United States which could include remote or isolated sites. You may be required to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
• If eligible for permanent change of station, the appointee will be required to sign a transportation agreement to establish a Government time in service requirement of 12 months.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Passport.
• May be required to obtain a VISA dependent on the overseas country's laws/regulations.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: evaluating and assessing technical and functional objectives, program goals, fund availability for assigned projects and providing administrative support such as planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, budgeting, and personnel.
