You will serve as Human Capital Consultant in the Human Capital Management Group Labor and Employee Relations Department of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.
Duties
You will provide advisory services to all levels of management and serviced organizations on labor relations.
You will advise management on labor relations, law, negotiations, and agreements.
You will advise management on handling employee job performance deficiencies to include provide
advice and guidance on appropriate methods for handling employee performance deficiencies.
You will represent management on labor negotiations.
You will write letters for management in response to employee performance deficiencies and conduct
management inquiries.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-01-04 grade level or pay band DA-01 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience in labor relations, employee relations, performance management, and special work-life programs.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Successfully completed a four year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree.
OR
Successfully completed one full year of graduate level education.
OR
Successfully completed a bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement.

A combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience
