Duties

You will serve as real estate, real property, and space planning subject matter expert (SME) for an IMCOM Directorate-Pacific supporting an Army Command. You will provide innovative acquisition long range planning, program management, coordination, and evaluation of the three major functions of the IMCOM Directorate-Pacific realty, real property and space planning/utilization programs. You will execute program under delegated authority from Director, IMCOM Directorate-Pacific to act in their behalf for out-granting of facilities. You will develop methods and techniques required for program execution and defines manpower/resource requirements which establish priorities/operational relationships. You will develop standards for real estate, real property and space planning functions across all IMCOM Directorate-Pacific covered Army installations.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes demonstrating an understanding of real estate principles, policies and methods related to a broad spectrum of realty issues covering the three major areas of acquisition, management and/or disposal; working with public reutilization committees on planning and execution of installation utilization in an excess posture; addressing complex issues dealing with out-granting and disposal of real estate as it relates to environmental restoration. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Oral CommunicationReal EstateTechnical Competence Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
