Duties

You will be responsible for conducting analyses of all phases of projects programmed by the Department of Defense (DoD), Department of the Army (DA), and HQ IMCOM that affect the IMCOM-P’s scope of responsibility). You will develop/prepare command implementation plans (CIP), concept plans, (as necessary) to document the organizational force structure changes within the scope of the IMCOM-P’s span of control. You will review, analyze and disseminate guidance to IMCOM-P garrisons for compilation and submission of requirements. You will provide other analytical assistance on matters concerning the organizations’ peacetime and mobilization TDA and MTOE. You will provide advice and assistance to management officials and garrisons on such matters as organizational structure and alignment, and/or requirements for additional manpower.
