You will serve as a MEDICAL MODELING & SIMULATIONS ADMINSTRATION SPECIALIST of NAVMEDFORSUPCMD FT SAM.
Duties
You will perform administrative functions internally and externally.
You will prepare workload and production reports as necessary and other reports as required.
You will coordinate, maintain, and develop equipment management plans.
You will oversee medical simulation training and exercise reporting.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience in Navy contract administration principles, policies, regulations, and procedures sufficient to administer contracts for medical equipment and personnel.
Experience in performance work statement development and independent government estimates to support acquisition process.
Experience with administrative functions such as extracting, organizing, analyzing data, generating reports, and budgetary programs.
Experience performing medical simulation equipment acquisition, inventory, and maintenance process.
Experience performing medical simulation application in medical training to include qualitative and quantitative techniques for analyzing medical simulation data.
Experience with information technology to resolve basic computer issues and maintain medical simulation database.
Experience conducting market research, performance work statement development, and interpret contract language.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.M., if related
