The purpose of this position is to serve as a Supervisory Intelligence Operations Specialist within DCSA's Office of Counterintelligence, report directly to the Chief for Analysis, and lead a cadre of editors and visual information specialists who provide production value to intelligence and administrative documents, and manage information sharing applications. The incumbent will provide guidance and leadership ensuring application of sound language, graphics, and adherence to IC/DoD standards.
Duties
As a SUPERVISORY INTELLIGENCE OPERATIONS SPECIALIST you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Supervise a cadre of personnel and contractor specialists responsible for editing, visually enhancing, and disseminating finished intelligence to DCSA stakeholders, including the Intelligence Community, DoD, and cleared national industrial base.
- Lead the development, coordination, and publication of DCSA CI's outreach products and literature focused on sensitizing DCSA stakeholders on FIE threats to sensitive information and classified technologies.
- Oversee the adherence and--when applicable--update to the DCSA style guide and finished intelligence templates, ensuring consistency and professionalism are always applied to DCSA CI publications.
- Lead sustainment, maintenance, and advancement of CI's internal information sharing portals on multiple networks; and manage CI content for external facing agency websites. Responsible for educating personnel on usage, advocacy for funding and improvements, and informing DCSA leadership on status of internal and external websites.
- Represent DCSA in various conferences, meetings, and interagency groups (as designated) at which problems and issues of significant consequence to the DCSA' mission are addressed and resolved.

Applicant must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies/knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position.
You must have specialized experience sufficient to demonstrate that you have acquired all the competencies necessary to perform at a level equivalent in difficulty, responsibility, and complexity to the next lower grade GS/GG-13 in the Federal service and are prepared to take on greater responsibility.
Generally, this would include one year or more of such specialized experience.
Specialized experience for this position includes: Expert knowledge of concepts, principles, practices, and techniques associated with intelligence, counterintelligence and law enforcement.
