You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the ADMINISTRATION AND SUPPLY DEPARTMENT of FLT AREA CONTROL SURVEILLANCE FAC.
Duties
You will analyze workforce data and trends to forecast future staffing needs and ensure command has the right mix of skills and expertise to meet its mission requirements.
You will conduct workforce assessments, identifying skill gaps, and developing strategies to address them utilizing the Navy Assignment website.
You will identify training needs within the command and coordinate the delivery of relevant training programs utilizing the Total Workforce Management Services (TWMS).
You will maintain accurate records and databases, as well as generate reports and analytics to inform decision-making.
You will collaborate with other HR professionals, command leadership, and external stakeholders to achieve objectives and support command goals.
You will manage and monitor civilian time and attendance submissions on a weekly basis utilizing the Standard Labor Data Collection and Distribution Application (SLDCADA) system.
You will develop life cycle cost analyses of SLDCADA projects and perform cost-benefit evaluations to inform decision making.
You will assist in the development and implementation of security awareness training programs for command and maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
You will evaluate the organizational administrative support systems, including records management, communications, directives, forms, files, and documentation for improvement and automation.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing organizational manpower or workforce requirements to create reports and analytics identifying workforce planning issues and recommend corrective action to meet program objectives.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
OR
Successful completion of 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
OR
Possession of an LL.M that is related to this position being filled.
