Duties
You will be responsible for room assignments and termination inspections of buildings and rooms for rooms and quarters.
You will initiates proposals and submits justifications for repair and improvement projects.
You will receive, investigate, and resolve tenant complaints, requests for more barracks space, request for repair or maintenance of inoperative, damaged, or broken fixtures, furnishings or equipment.
You will Monitor closed ticket report and closed tickets for discrepancies in pricing, job order numbers, surveillance or ongoing conditions, lockouts that need to be noted in the computer and damage due to resident cause
You will be accountable for monitoring of keys for tenants, contractors, or maintenance workers.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of generalized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Generalized experience must demonstrate the following:
General experience is 3 years of progressively responsible experience, 1 year of which was equivalent to at least GS-4, that demonstrates the ability to:
Analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions;
Plan and organize work; and
Communicate effectively orally and in writing.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
